Selective Tendering
As is a normal practice, LEC send tenders only to selected approved suppliers. These are not advertised by public notice, but through a direct request for proposals or quotations.
Public Tendering
Where public tendering process is to be followed this shall be done using local and international media platforms together with LEC Website. In this process, all bidders are invited even those not registered with LEC.
How To Submit Tenders To LEC
· All tenders should be submitted and deposited in a tender box, or as maybe specified in the invitation for tenders.
· All tenders MUST reach LEC before the closing time on the closing date.
